If you plan weeks in advance, one of the easiest ways to do this is to first make a copy of a blank plan by right-clicking on the "Planning Sheet" tab and selecting "Move or Copy...". You can then rename the tabs based on the week number or day. This new download includes 3 worksheets spanning 6 weeks, but you can easily add more worksheets as needed:
The advantage of this approach over more complex approaches such as storing planning items in a database is that you have full control over the formatting of each worksheet. After customizing the template, save a blank copy of the worksheet. You may even want to mark one of the sheets as "blank" so you can always print or copy a blank version.
